Job summary

Stout Building Contractors in Utah seeks a Project Manager for multi-family construction to lead projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will own project documentation, manage scope, schedule, and quality, and build strong relationships with subs, engineers, and clients, while coordinating meetings and tracking risks and costs.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of multi-family construction project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience with—or ability to quickly learn—Procore.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed (minimal for most projects).

Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction
What You'll Do
