Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying jobsite conditions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Description

• Install HVAC systems in multi-family residential buildings (rough-in and set-out)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Install ductwork, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and related components
• Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Coordinate with supervisors, other trades, and jobsite personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Follow all OSHA safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of HVAC installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying jobsite conditions
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Must have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in the Bay area
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
