Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join their Multi-Family team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Operations to develop accurate project estimates, review construction plans and specifications, and help deliver successful solutions for multi-family residential projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating, construction, or building materials experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with project takeoffs and cost estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Review drawings to prepare accurate project estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and verify specifications.
• Develop pricing proposals using current material and vendor costs.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify value-engineered solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, bid files, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and product information.
• Assist with submittals and specification reviews.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide estimating support and product knowledge.
