Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2 years in a leadership role.

• Real estate accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting across all Cline's entities, ensuring accuracy.
• Lead monthly close process, delivering timely P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Design and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets.
