$28.15/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Loading and unloading product from railcars, trucks, totes, and drums with raw materials and finished products
  • Drumming product and storing finished product in the warehouse, forklift use is required
  • Manage paperwork and necessary SAP data input
  • Run quality and analytical testing on in-process and finished product in the Laboratory
  • Operate batch processes, filtration, and pumping systems
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


Requirements:


  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
  • Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
  • Must be able and willing to perform with or without reasonable accommodation: bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Basic computer skill
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Must be able to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)


Preferred

  • Previous experience operating a forklift
  • Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
  • Prior experience in production related work
  • Experience with loading and unloading bulk liquids from railcars or trucks
  • Experience and/or basic operating knowledge of batch processes, filtration, and pumping systems
