As a collection manager, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop reports and assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighter.
As a multi-discipline collection manager on our team, you'll help your client monitor, manage, develop, and refine collection requirements, collection operations, and multi-intelligence collection strategies. Using your comprehensive understanding of intelligence collection disciplines, collection requirements management systems, collection plans and strategies, and intelligence community coordination processes, you'll assist with executing collection operations management processes supporting CCMD tasking, synchronization, and strategy development to ensure collection requirements effectively support intelligence needs and operational end states. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for expertise and time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
