A distinguished law firm with a strong presence in Southeastern Pennsylvania seeks a driven and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its prestigious legal team. Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents
  • Zoning Ordinances
  • Conducting legal and non-legal research
  • Managing legal matters
  • Communicating effectively with team members and clients
  • Contributing to the firm's success

Requirements:

  • Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania (admission to other State Bars is a plus)
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to handle in-depth research assignments, both legal and non-legal
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Pennsylvania Rules of Procedure
  • Familiarity with Litigation, including Discovery
  • Judicial Clerkship experience a plus
