Job summary

HD Supply operates a distribution center where the associate works across multiple departments including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, and order processing. The role uses material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility and support customer deliveries.

Tasks include staging orders, verifying incoming goods, building pallets, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area. 2–5 years of experience preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in the area.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to locate and deliver products to designated areas.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and DCs.
• Collect items for customer orders using packing list information and build/wrap pallets.
• Inspect stock for wear/defects and report inventory issues.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per company policy.
• Perform inventory control functions as needed.
