Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a Distribution Center associate to work across multiple departments within the facility, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory and ensure accurate handling of goods.

The role requires experience in a distribution center environment, comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required.
• Ability to understand written material.
• Experience in a distribution center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Build and wrap pallets for customer orders.
• Inspect stock for wear or damage and report issues to management.
