The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. You’ll provide outstanding guest service and help guests create meal solutions.

You will maintain product knowledge, merchandise effectively, stock items, and assist guests across departments. A professional appearance and teamwork are required; applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across departments to assist guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items while assisting nearby guests.
• Present oneself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
• Gather shopping carts and assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
