The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will deliver outstanding guest service, learn product knowledge, and help guests create meal solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and ensuring nearby guests are assisted
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
• Present self in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards
