Qualifications

• Willingness to learn a multi-craft trade in a manufacturing/maintenance setting.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, carpentry, electrical, electronics, welding, and related trades.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete work orders and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Flexible hours, including weekend shifts.
• Good attendance and performance history.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, machines, hydraulics, conveyors, steam systems, and related plant equipment.
• Reads blueprints, schematics, and manuals to fix, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Performs maintenance tasks across plumbing, pipefitting, carpentry, electrical, electronics, welding, and related trades.
• Operates hand and power tools for maintenance and fabrication tasks.
• Completes daily work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Assists with plant inspections and safety compliance.
