Job summary

MAC Incorporated is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a night shift position in Waco, Texas. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, PLC-controlled, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in a manufacturing setting.

You will perform PM, maintenance logs, and support plant reliability throughout the shift. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledgeable in Siemens PLCs, electrical systems, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Previous metal fabrication and/or welding experience required.
• Must be available to work certain weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Siemens S5/S7 PLC programming experience preferred.
• Preventive Maintenance Program experience preferred.
• Certified Electrician strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Diagnose electrical components including breakers, fuses, motors, sensors, switches, and motor starters.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, industrial controls, proximity sensors, and related automation equipment.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain maintenance records.
• Replace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and pulleys.
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Perform conveyor belt splicing and repairs.
• Perform metal fabrication and welding as needed.
• Safely perform equipment rigging and movement.
• Lubricate production machinery and plant support equipment.
• Respond to maintenance calls and equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate repairs with Production, Shipping, and other departments.
• Research and source replacement parts and materials.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and equipment documentation.

MANUFACTURING PLANT IN WACO TX IS LOOKING FOR A NIGHT SHIFT MULTI-CRAFT MECHANIC WHO CAN WORK A 6PM-6AM 223 SCHEDULE. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS SKILLED IN BOTH MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL REPAIRS. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PLCS, VFDS, 480V, ETC.

SHIFT 6PM-6AM ON A 223 SCHEDULE

PAYS: $37-$42 HOURLY

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL $2 HOURLY

WILL TRAIN ON DAYS AS WELL

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, PLC-controlled, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment within a manufacturing environment. This position performs preventive maintenance, responds independently to equipment breakdowns, and supports overall plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Perform conveyor belt splicing and repairs.
• Perform metal fabrication and welding as needed.
