Job summary

HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. seeks a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for an international power transformer manufacturer in the Augusta, GA area.

The role's focus is installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining specialized equipment to minimize downtime and keep core production lines safe and efficient. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance, experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and PLCs, and a strong ability to read manuals and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Multi-Craft Maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with VPI systems/ovens and cast resin ovens is a plus.
• Must have high school diploma or GED; a Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Mechatronics is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing equipment blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and machinery manuals.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety requirements and policies.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and PLCs.
• Read manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Document all maintenance work and track parts used.
• Operate and repair machinery using hand and power tools and meters.
• Collaborate with team to minimize downtime.
