Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanics, industrial maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency using precision measuring tools to calibrate, troubleshoot and rebuild machines.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical test equipment (multimeters, scopes).
• Understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of PLCs.
• Good communication and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test electromechanical equipment to identify faults and ensure proper operation.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, motors, controllers and mechanical components.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial systems.
• Document all work, service records, repairs, and configurations.
• Collaborate with team to improve machine uptime and reliability.
