Position Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician III, IV - Electrical

Job Description Summary: This position works as a specialist in multiple crafts or trades, requiring highly specialized knowledge and experience. The role involves independently performing projects across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, controls, and piping systems, with an emphasis on troubleshooting in all areas. Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull 20-50 pounds.

Job Description:

Competency Levels:

• Basic: Experience gained in a classroom or experimental scenarios, or as a trainee on-the-job.
• Proficient: Able to complete tasks independently with occasional assistance.
• Advanced: Able to complete tasks independently without assistance.
• Expert: Can provide guidance, troubleshoot, and answer questions related to this expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Technical or trade degree, certification, or 3 years equivalent experience.
• Licenses: Master's Electrician License.
• Work Experience: MCMT III requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance with advanced electrical knowledge; proficiency in other systems. MCMT IV requires similar experience with expert electrical knowledge. Experience with computers is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with work order management systems.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
