Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production lines and facilities. The role covers multi-craft maintenance including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tasks, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance.

You will work closely with the operations team to keep equipment running and documentation up to date. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in industrial manufacturing, basic computer skills, and the ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and maintenance work management systems.
• Prefer 2–4 years of working experience in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform day-to-day maintenance for production lines and facility to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues affecting product quality or output.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs with limited supervision.
• Execute corrective maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and building components as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service logs, and equipment performance.
• Comply with safety policies, OSHA standards, and environmental requirements.
