Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. in Commerce City, CO, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to service electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

You will read work orders, dismantle and repair machinery, and maintain records to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role requires reading diagrams, using hand tools, basic welding, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of mechanical/industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and interpret diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and specifications.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery using appropriate tools.
• Inspect, test, lubricate, and replace parts for optimal performance.
• Maintain maintenance and repair records.
• Collaborate with team members to move or repair machines.
• Maintain facilities including warehouses and production areas.
• Safely operate tools, machinery, and PPE.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, and facility repair. Compensation: $24.00 to $34.00 DOE

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and specifications to determine repair needs.

• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery using appropriate tools and equipment.

• Inspect, test, lubricate, and replace parts to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

• Collaborate with team members to move or repair machines and equipment.

• Maintain facilities, including warehouses, production areas, and offices.

• Safely operate all tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Five (5) years of experience in a role demonstrating strong mechanical and industrial maintenance skills (preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, switches, AC/DC drive controls, motor controls, and PLC systems.

• Proficient in the use of hand tools and able to perform basic welding tasks.

• Ability to meet or exceed productivity standards safely and efficiently.

• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and working independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to maintain communication across departments regarding safety, routing, and operations.

• Demonstrates intermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
