Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Tech for the Vickery Location in Houston, TX. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to keep production running.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. This is a first-shift, full-time role with Monday–Friday schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and production equipment systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and light fabrication or welding projects.
• Utilize maintenance management systems to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting spare parts inventory management.

Pay Range: $30.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

Schedule- Monday to Friday
