Manpower is partnering with a global manufacturing company in Belleville, IL, to hire several Multi Craft Maintenance Mechanicians to join the industrial maintenance team. The role focuses on scheduled preventive maintenance, addressing emergency breakdowns, and adhering to safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience with strong PLC knowledge and a positive attitude that fits the company culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School diploma or GED required; additional trade training preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and practices
• Perform preventative maintenance activities and inspections
• Address emergency/breakdown maintenance to support plant operations
• Use measurement and test equipment accurately
• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system repairs and installations
• Maintain clean and organized work area and complete maintenance records
• Troubleshoot and solve problems
