Job summary

Shurtape Technologies is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electrical and mechanical equipment across our manufacturing facilities. The role includes preventive maintenance, testing, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, experience with diagnostic tools, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing low-to-high voltage electrical work and wiring complex circuits.
• Capable of performing light-to-heavy mechanical work and repairs.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools and electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Familiar with manufacturing environment and safety programs (OSHA/PSM).

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and test complex mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production and building systems.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to company policies.
• Assist in inventory and procurement of spare parts and tools.
• Operate lift truck and maintain required licenses.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to optimize equipment reliability.
