Job summary

V T CORPORATE RESOURCE CTR is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support diagnostic and repair of manufacturing, laboratory, and production equipment primarily in Radford, VA. The technician will engage in troubleshooting, ensuring equipment is operational, and in compliance with performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent, with relevant experience in troubleshooting, electrical, and mechanical systems, and proficiency in using PLCs. Flexible work hours with potential for overtime are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Able to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing and laboratory equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform preventative maintenance.
• Interact with Product Development to design and transition manufacturing.
