Suttle-Straus is seeking an experienced Press Operator to join its award-winning team in a fast-paced printing environment. You will operate a multi-color sheetfed press to meet customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial print shop experience.
• Ability to read a ruler.
• Basic math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks.
• Proficiency with computer-based technologies used in print production.
• Physical stamina for standing and moving in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-color sheetfed press to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Follow work tickets and ensure correct paper, setup, and color sequence.
• Maintain documentation, QC checks, and routine maintenance records.
• Collaborate with team to optimize press schedules and throughput.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and safety policies.
