Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Naperville, IL, is hiring a full-time lithographic decorator for 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Weekend work and alternating weekly schedules are required. OT paid after 40 hours, double time after 48, and overtime opportunities support a stable, long-term team.

The role focuses on operating decorating equipment, changing plates and inks for production changeovers, monitoring print quality, and documenting issues. Emphasis on safety and teamwork to reduce scrap.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior lithographic decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment safely to maximize output.
• Change plates, inks, and materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and document material issues for timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with team and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of production supplies.
