Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a full-time Lithographic Decorator for 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts in Kaneville Township, IL. The role requires maintaining decoré equipment, performing changeovers, and ensuring print quality while complying with OSHA and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality, documenting issues, coordinating with team members and the Director of Lithography, and contributing to process improvements to reduce scrap and waste. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
• Shift work (nights) and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel, management, and the Director of Lithography.
• Work with production personnel to contain suspect or rejected products.
• Perform random quality inspections throughout production.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all federal, state, local, and customer requirements.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Previous lithographic printing experience preferred
