Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an eager Lithographic Decorator/Printer to join our Bartlett, IL production team. This full-time role features 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, weekends, and an alternating schedule, with overtime after 40 hours and double time after 48.

You will maintain can decorators, perform plate and ink changes for changeovers, monitor print quality, document issues, and uphold OSHA safety standards while keeping a clean, organized workspace. Previous lithography experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous lithographic decorating/printing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail to ensure print quality.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document issues and work toward resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with team and management.
• Assist in inventory and supply needs for production.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
