Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Cloud Foundation Architect to design, implement, and govern a multi-cloud foundation across AWS and Google Cloud Platform. You will own cloud organization structures, landing zones, IAM, network architecture, and governance frameworks to enable secure, scalable engineering at scale.

The role requires strong experience with enterprise cloud foundations, security, and cost management, with certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect – Professional and a preference

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and administering AWS Organizations, OUs, Control Tower, Landing Zones, SCPs, and multi-account environments.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise cloud foundations across dozens to hundreds of accounts/projects.
• Hands-on IAM, federated identity, RBAC, access governance, and cloud security architecture expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern Hitachi Vantara's multi-cloud foundation across AWS and GCP.
• Define enterprise cloud operating model, standards, and guardrails to ensure secure, scalable environments.
• Own cloud governance, network architecture, and shared services for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with global teams, mentor peers, and manage security/compliance considerations.
