What You’ll be Owning

GRVTY is seeking a Multi‑Cloud Engineer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join a top project in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on operating and maintaining an AWS‑hosted software application and its underlying databases. Responsibilities include bug fixing, evolving and enhancing the application in response to user feedback and sponsor recommendations, ensuring compliance with all IT/security policy requirements, advising on risk mitigation, and adhering to a configuration‑management process approved by the sponsor.

What You Must Have

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cloud‑based networks with very high data security requirements
• Experience with AWS and cloud services, including API configurations
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Linux shell, C++, and Windows shell
• Experience with operating systems including Linux and Android
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl
• Experience with system administration in Linux RHEL: patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing firmware/patch level interactions
• Experience in cloud engineering, e.g., familiarity with MediaLive, automating DynamoDB updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and input on troubleshooting toolsets

What Would be Nice to Have

• Experience with analog and digital communications with satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio
• Experience with video codecs and streaming technologies
• Experience with video encoding equipment and processes
• Experience with specific broadcast systems, such as specialized FM radio systems and sponsors’ TV/radio signal devices including scalable portable remote devices
• Experience with IP network routing and switching
• Experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment
