• Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar PM tool.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Marketing Integration workstream — milestones, dependencies, risk/decision logs, governance, and executive status reporting.
• Keep Marketing, Distribution, Product, Technology, Compliance, and external partners aligned; help resolve issues affecting integration readiness or client experience.
• Translate integration decisions into advisor-facing activation plans.
• Support US Wealth marketing strategies driving awareness and adoption of investment products.
• Help build integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, thought leadership, events, PR, and paid media.
• Partner with sales, marketing, compliance, product, tech, and communications teams.
• Manage vendors and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide additional support as needed.

Multi-Channel Marketing Manager:

We are currently seeking candidates for a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager opportunity with a highly successful asset management firms located in Malvern, PA. The Multi-Channel Marketing Manager will project manage the integration of multi-channel marketing campaigns and workstreams that drive brand awareness, engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience focusing on multi-channel marketing campaigns and workstreams. Previous Wealth Management industry experience required.

This is a 12+ month contract role paying between $55-$60/hour (depending on experience). This is a hybrid role requiring an onsite presence in Malvern, PA.

• Knowledge of wire houses, investment management distributions channels, broker-dealers, advisor audiences and RIAs.
• Previous experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage competing deadlines.
