Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Marketing Project Manager in Boston, MA to support the integration of marketing capabilities within a growing U.S. Wealth Management organization.

The role focuses on coordinating strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and turning strategy into campaigns for advisors. The position is a 12+ month contract with pay at $55-66/hr, and supports a hybrid work model (onsite 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing-focused project manager.
• Experience supporting marketing programs within the U.S. Wealth Management channel.
• Understanding of investment management distribution channels (financial advisors, RIAs, wirehouses, BDs).
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital marketing, and modern marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for the Marketing Integration workstream and sub-workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and logs.
• Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Track key decisions, issues, dependencies, and future-state requirements.
• Translate integration decisions into advisor-facing commercialization plans.
• Support marketing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of investment products.
• Assist with targeted messaging and integrated campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, PR, and paid media.
• Contribute to strategic marketing plans that support business objectives and strengthen brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Communications teams.
