Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a NDT Level II to support operations at a chemical plant in Marietta, OH. Responsibilities include set up and calibration of NDT equipment, applying VT/UT inspections, and interpreting results to ensure quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, completed Level II VT and UT with MT/PT a plus, and experience with NDT methods and reporting. This is a 4/10 embedded schedule totaling 40 hours per week at the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Certified Level II VT & UT Thickness; MT & PT a plus.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Experience in report writing and interpreting inspection results.
• NAS410 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish techniques for proper examination following specs or standards.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT or digital readouts and conductivity meters.
• Organize and report test results.

Position Summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for a NDT Level II (VT & UT Thickness minimum) MT & PT would be a plus to support operations in Marietta, OH. THIS WILL BE AN EMBEDDED 4/10s SCHEDULE, 40 HOURS A WEEK AT A CHEMICAL PLANT.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements
