Acuren is seeking a Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician (MT/PT/UTT) to support operations in Toledo, OH. This will be a local callout position and requires hands-on NDT testing expertise.

The role includes setting up and calibrating testing equipment, interpreting results, reporting findings, and may involve supervising others. SIGN-ON BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Certified Level II MT/PT/UTT required.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Ability to interpret inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods.
• Adhere to safety regulations and inspection standards.
• Interpret radiographs, CRT, digital readouts and conductivity meters.

Position Summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for a Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician (MT/PT/UTT) to support operations in Toledo, OH. THIS WILL BE A LOCAL CALLOUT POSITION.

SIGN-ON BONUS AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR QUAILIFIED APPLICANTS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Certified Level II MT/PT/UTT
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
• Knowledge of NDT equipment
• Experience in report writing
