Phase2 Technology is seeking a Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician to support operations in Cincinnati, OH. This is a callout/travel position requiring a solid background in nondestructive testing (NDT) methods and procedures.

Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician

Acuren is currently recruiting for a Mulit-Cert NDT Level II Technician to support operations in Cincinnati, OH. THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.

Job Location: Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Certified Level II RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, PMI, CR, DR (any combination)
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
• Knowledge of NDT equipment
• Experience in report writing
