Job summary

Acuren is seeking Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technicians with RT to support our Tulsa, OK operations. Local candidates within a 40‑mile radius are preferred to enable on‑site coverage and travel as needed.

You will set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment, conduct tests to detect defects, interpret radiographs and readouts, and organize test documentation. Training of Level I technicians may be required; you’ll work under safety standards and quality processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Multi-Certified Level II.
• Level II RT Certified.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Experience in report writing.
• Local Tulsa area candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment

• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, CRT/digital readouts
• Organize and report test results

Acuren is currently recruiting for Multi-Cert NDT Level II Techs w/RT to support our operation in Tulsa, OK.

Level II NDT Technicians shall be familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being utilized and exercise assigned responsibility for on the job training and guidance of assistants and Level I Technicians.Must be able to provide current or prior copies of certifications in methods as well as classroom documentation. Must be willing to travel.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking local candidates based in Tulsa, OK or surrounding area (within approximately a 40-mile radius. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
