Job summary

Acuren is hiring NDT Level II Technicians (RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT, any combination) to support operations in Neenah, WI and surrounding areas. The role is a callout/travel position with up to 90% travel, and relocation assistance for qualified applicants.

Travel will cover diverse environments including Corn/Agricultural, Petro-Chem, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries, Pipelines and Pharmaceuticals. On-site work is required, with benefits including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Certified Level II RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT (any combination) is a plus.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Ability to perform NDT tasks and interpret inspection results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conduct tests to detect discontinuities using NDT methods.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure proper examination techniques.
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results.
• Interpret radiographs, CRTs, digits; report results clearly.
• Organize and report test results and findings.
• May instruct and supervise others as needed.

Position Summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for NDT Level II Technicians RT/MT/PT/UTT/VT (any combination) to support Operations in Neenah, WI and surrounding areas. THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.

Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 90% throughout Neenah, WI and surrounding areas. (The environments will be Corn/Agricultural, Petro-Chem, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries, Pipelines and Pharmaceuticals.)

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE FOR QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
