This on-site role requires leadership background, availability including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. You’ll train, motivate, and ensure smooth operations while keeping the dining area welcoming.

• Customer Service Superstar: Welcome and satisfy customers with friendly service as you take orders and serve across Subway and Dairy Queen.
• Prepare & Serve Delicious Food & Treats: Create sandwiches and treats, following brand standards.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the workspace and dining area clean and safe.
• Team Player: Collaborate with teammates to manage rush periods.
• Handle Transactions & Cash Register: Process orders and manage payments accurately.
• Train, Motivate, and Encourage: Support team development and performance.
