Job summary

Crossroads Auto Group in Sterling, CO is seeking a Parts Inventory Manager to oversee the multi-line parts operation, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient parts flow for internal and retail needs. You will manage ordering through Mopar and Ford Motorcraft systems and lead the parts team to meet service and sales demands.

The role requires 1-3 years of dealership experience, proficiency with DMS and OEM systems, and a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and safety in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of dealership parts department experience; CDJR or Ford preferred.
• Proficiency with DMS software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and OEM systems (DealerCONNECT, FMCDealer).
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in parts/inventory management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory for Mopar and Ford parts lines.
• Utilize OEM ordering systems DealerCONNECT and FMCDealer.
• Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain standards.
• Place, receive, and verify parts orders; manage returns, cores, and warranties.
• Organize and bin incoming stock with proper labeling and location accuracy.
• Track obsolete or slow-moving inventory and reduce overstock.
• Collaborate with service, body shop, and sales to ensure parts availability.
• Lead, train, and supervise parts department staff.
• Generate inventory and performance reports for dealership leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant parts warehouse.
