Cella by Randstad Digital is hiring a hands-on Content Creator and Social Media Manager to drive the digital strategy for a Dallas-based entrepreneur. You will capture and publish authentic, behind-the-scenes content across three distinct portfolios: a consumer brand, a professional services firm, and the founder's personal brand.

Your day-to-day will involve traveling to events, meetings, and business operations to translate real-life moments into engaging social media narratives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management; strong short-form video portfolio.
• Proven ability to grow social media followings and run influencer/affiliate programs.
• Efficient editing across industry-standard software and ability to write fluidly in multiple brand voices.
• High flexibility for travel and a track record of absolute professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a comprehensive content strategy across three accounts to align with distinct brand goals.
• Drive audience growth and manage influencer initiatives and major affiliate programs.
• Travel locally and out-of-town to shoot and edit real-time, short-form video and photo content.
• Produce 3–4 daily posts per consumer/personal brand and 1 daily post for the professional services firm.
• Manage community engagement across social platforms and maintain a flexible content calendar.
• Execute multi-brand content strategies and shoot/edit daily short-form video.
• Manage influencer and affiliate programs.
