Responsibilities

Provide onsite support to multiple branches as assigned.
Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through responsible choices.
Deliver top-tier customer service and assist with questions and products.
Process and prepare loan applications, documents, and renewals.
Take and process customer payments.
Prepare and execute loan closings on current and renewal loans.
Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate transactions.
Complete daily branch deposits and transport funds when needed.
Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold company values.
Collaborate with Branch Managers to meet performance goals.
Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
Support tax services and help build tax clientele.
Send credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
