Job summary

Genuine Machine Products in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a multi‑axis mill operator and setup technician for night shift. You will operate CNC milling centers to produce parts to exact specifications, read blueprints, load materials, and perform basic setups while maintaining data records and documenting quality metrics.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of CNC milling operation and setup (Level 2/3), plus GD&T knowledge, math skills, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of CNC mill operation and setup (Level 2/3)
• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate understanding of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Mechanical aptitude, strong math, and clear communication
• Microsoft Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling centers to produce parts to exact specs
• Read/interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions
• Load materials and remove finished parts with efficiency and care
• Execute basic setups; communicate tooling requirements proactively
• Measure, inspect, and record production/quality data
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and complete all documentation
• Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement

Full-Time | Night Shift | $25–$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM — 1:15 AM
