Job description

Build a career where craftsmanship meets precision

If you take pride in converting a blueprint into a flawless part—and you believe quality, safety, and accountability are non-negotiable—you’ll feel at home here. We are growing and looking for a specialist who can program, set up, and run CNC mills and lathes while keeping an eye on throughput, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Is this you?

  • Do you enjoy planning machining strategies directly from work orders, drawings, and engineering plans?
  • Can you program zero and reference points, set tool registers/offsets/compensation/conditional switches, and verify with math, geometry, and trig?
  • Are you comfortable installing three-and-four-jaw chucks, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers—and indicating vises and tramming heads?
  • Will you safely load stock, monitor cuts (drilling, grooving, turning, facing), and make real‑time adjustments or reprograms to stay within spec?
  • Do you naturally document production and quality results and stay on top of preventive maintenance?
Your schedule options
  • First Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • Second Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM
What success looks like
  • First-article and in-process inspections completed with micrometers, calipers, fixtures, and gauges - before parts ever reach the next step.
  • Equipment maintained per manufacturer instructions, with troubleshooting and repair calls initiated promptly.
  • Attendance that reflects professionalism: on time, prepared, following your schedule, remaining engaged all shift, and using unscheduled leave sparingly.
  • Quality built in - delivering to customer requirements the first time.
  • Safety compliance 100% of the time with required PPE and all site rules.
  • Accountability for the quantity and quality of your work - and a drive to raise the bar.

We follow defined procedures, work instructions, and operating processes. Skipping steps can lead to increased customer rejections, internal scrap, late shipments, potential injury, and environmental harm. Everyone is responsible for containing and immediately notifying management about any nonconforming product.
