Job summary

Solution IT Inc. is seeking a MuleSoft Lead to drive the migration from MuleSoft 3.x to 4.x, and to design and develop new integrations that support ecommerce, supply chain, master data management, and CRM initiatives.

This on-site, 6+ month contract is based in Corte Madera, CA or Pleasanton, CA with an immediate start. A strong background in Java and SOA, plus excellent communication, is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing integrations using SOA in the EAI space.
• Experience with MuleSoft 3.x and 4.x and Java is mandatory.
• Experience building API/pub-sub integrations using Mule.
• Expertise in scalable, high-performing schemas.
• Domain knowledge in MDM/supply chain/CRM is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Title: MuleSoft Lead

Responsibilities

• Solution, Design and run migration of existing services and implementation from MuleSoft Version 3x to 4x
• Design and develop new integrations in support of new application/functionality deployments in the ecommerce/supply chain/master data management/CRM space.
• Design schemas to align with enterprise standards where applicable to enable information breadth, consumability and portability.
• Pick the right method of integration (API/queue) and triggering mechanisms (API call based on a business event vs publishing a payload based on a business event or a polling-based invoking of API etc.).
• Adhere to established development standards including exception handling/ notifications/versioning etc.
• SOAP/REST service development as needed with XML/JSON payloads
• Deliver the assigned integrations on time and solid initial quality.

Required Skills

• Solid 10 + years of experience developing integrations using SOA principles in EAI space
• Experience working on MuleSoft Version 3X and 4X and Java (mandatory)
• Experience building API/pub-sub integrations using Mule
• Expertise in designing the right scalable, functional, and high performing schemas
• Domain awareness in master data management/supply chain/CRM a huge plus
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills to solve production issues and/or resolve dev time challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to parlay schema design to functional and technical folks supporting source/target applications.
