Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 in the US to drive ERP integration and customization within enterprise projects. You’ll participate in requirements gathering, help design solution architecture, and implement features across ERP modules using MuleSoft and other integration technologies.

This role involves working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate knowledge transfer.
