Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Oakland, CA is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work on integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise apps in a 24x7 shift environment.

The role requires hands-on MuleSoft experience, knowledge of SAP/Oracle integrations, and strong Java fundamentals. Join a global team to delivery scalable APIs and reliable data exchanges across systems.

Qualifications

• 3-6 Years of IT Experience with 2+ years of hands‑on MuleSoft development experience.
• Ability to work in shifts in 24x7 support environment.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Knowledge on connecting interfaces like SAP, Oracle Customer Connect and Billing.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft tools and API design practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services; data transformation with DataWeave.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, support requests, and backlog items, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions through configuration and development.
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects in line with SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support testing, releases, platform maintenance, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable operations and business support.
• Flexible and able to work in 24x7 shifts as per roster.
• Develop scalable APIs and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications with Architects and technical leads.
• Support MuleSoft integration initiatives by prioritizing and managing integration-related enhancements and incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex interface issues, optimize integration performance, and ensure reliable data exchange.
• Work with Salesforce support analysts and developers to maintain SLA.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $116,000 a year
