Job summary

NewGen Technologies seeks an experienced MuleSoft API developer to connect ServiceNow financial workflows with cloud data services and downstream systems. You will design secure APIs, implement contracts, transformations, and error handling while ensuring robust monitoring and testing.

The role requires hands-on MuleSoft design and development, API governance, and strong documentation skills, with emphasis on secure, scalable integrations using RAML/OpenAPI, DataWeave, REST, and OAuth.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and MBI Clearance required.
• 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft design and development experience.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 or equivalent.
• Strong RAML/OpenAPI, DataWeave, REST, JSON/XML, and OAuth skills.
• Experience with MUnit, API lifecycle management, governance, and CI/CD.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications with cloud data services.
• Strong interface-documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• ServiceNow, AWS, or DynamoDB integration experience preferred.
• Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
