Job description

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer who will design and code functional API’s and applications, producing fully functional middleware applications according to requirements. As a MuleSoft Developer, you play a key role in serving our clients and team members. This is a full-time, remote position.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure API management aligns with usage optimization, focusing on improving distribution processes and management.
  • Meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Apply creative and analytical thinking to solve problems.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and understand user needs.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on MuleSoft projects and related systems.
  • Review existing Mule integration logic and create test collections.
  • Update project configurations and deployment settings.
  • Re-deploy APIs and integrations using Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Assist with validation and testing, including load and performance testing.
  • Prepare modules for production following release procedures and document version control.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer.
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification - Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred.
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1 required.
  • At least 6 years of experience building REST and SOAP APIs with Mule ESB.
  • 3+ years in Mule administration, configuration, tuning, and API configuration.
  • Experience designing Mule ESB projects with various connectors and DataWeave transformations.
  • Experience deploying Mule applications on Cloud Hub and integrating using Mule ESB.
  • Proficiency with Mule components like Transformers, Filters, and Flow Control.
  • 3+ years in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Mule ESB.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Desired: 6+ years of experience in MuleSoft, API-led architecture, and data management.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and manage projects successfully.
  • Must own a Mac and be fluent with Apple software ecosystem.
