Job summary

Ashton North LLC in the United States seeks a MuleSoft Architect to design and lead enterprise integrations supporting a federal travel and expense platform across 124 government agencies.

You will translate complex business and connectivity requirements into scalable MuleSoft architectures, guide developers, and work directly with clients to move solutions from requirements through production readiness, with a focus on API design and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience designing and delivering MuleSoft integrations.
• SAP integration experience with enterprise systems.
• MuleSoft Architect Certification or equivalent.
• Strong API design, architecture, and SaaS administration knowledge.
• Experience leading development teams and establishing standards.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integration design translating requirements into MuleSoft architectures and API specs.
• Build and deliver enterprise integrations including SAP connections.
• Guide the development team with CI/CD practices, observability, and docs.
• Lead design walkthroughs, resolve issues, and coordinate across workstreams.
• Present designs and findings to technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support operations and production readiness of MuleSoft deployments.
