Job summary

LSI Staffing is hiring a Mule Driver/Yard Worker for our customer in Pasadena/La Porte, TX. The role involves safely moving trailers within the yard, assisting with yard organization, and supporting warehouse operations.

This is a full-time position on 2nd shift, paying $20.50 per hour, Monday through Friday. You will be tested on the mule prior to starting, and must have 2–3 years of experience pulling trailers and containers.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a yard mule/spotter preferred.
• Back trailers safely and accurately.
• Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, or rain.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Must pass background check and/or drug screen if required by client.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers to and from dock doors using a yard mule/spotter truck
• Perform trailer inspections before and after moves
• Communicate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure correct trailer placement
• Maintain an organized and efficient yard layout
• Assist with backing trailers into docks as needed
• Verify trailer numbers, seals, and paperwork
• Report any equipment or trailer issues immediately
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Support general yard or warehouse duties when required

LSI Staffing is HIRING a MULE DRIVER at our customer in Pasadena/La Porte TX. Pay $20.50 2nd shift 2PM until finish - monday to friday! This mule has no AC you will be tested on the machine prior to starting. Must have 2 to 3 years of experience pulling trailers and containers.
