Mulch Solutions LLC in Concord, NC is seeking a laborer specializing in Mulch Blowing Operations. This position is responsible for operating mulch-blowing equipment, handling and installing mulch on commercial and residential sites, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

1. Mulch and Material Installation:
   1. Operate specialized blower trucks safely and efficiently.
   2. Install mulch on client properties.
   3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area.
   4. Communicate with customers on-site.
   5. Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
2. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
   1. Learn and demonstrate proficiency in the operation of blower trucks and other installation equipment.
   2. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
3. Quality Assurance:
   1. Adhere to company standards and best practices to ensure high-quality installations that meet or exceed client expectations.
   2. Follow the scope of work for each job, paying attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. Customer Service:
   1. Interact professionally and courteously with clients, addressing any questions or concerns during the installation process.
