Brooklyn Bros. Pizzeria in Mukilteo is looking for a new Store Manager – this position oversees the daily operations of a single Brooklyn Bros. restaurant, ensuring consistent delivery of food quality, dining experience, financial performance, and crew engagement. Store Managers at Brooklyn Bros. are required to lead by example and by always using Positive Leadership techniques.

Brooklyn Bros. started in 2006 in Everett and strives to deliver the perfect New York slice to the Pacific Northwest. We use only the finest ingredients in our recipes, which have been honed for nearly two decades, while welcoming and serving guests in an atmosphere where everyone is a regular, and the guest service is legendary.

Our team adheres to our three fundamentals: consistently great food, happy guests, and clean restaurants — and everyone on the team is expected to do whatever it takes to deliver.

The crew has each other’s backs. We move and work as a team; no task is above anyone. Our management teams work in positions on the floor most of the time they’re at work – administrative tasks like scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and more have time scheduled for them, and are the shared responsibilities of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Operations Team.

At Brooklyn Bros., you'll find the ownership and operations team working alongside you, making pizzas or bussing tables. Our crew is family — we want to see you succeed within Brooklyn Bros. Pizzeria and in your long-term career goals, and we’re committed to working with you to make those goals happen, whether you make Brooklyn Bros. a long-term career, go on elsewhere in hospitality, or follow a road that takes you elsewhere. Former Brooklyn Bros. Crew not only make up our entire current management and operations teams but have also gone on to build careers as teachers, professionals, musicians, barbers, tattoo artists, business owners, and more. We are as proud of our alumni as today’s team members.

If the idea of leading a Brooklyn Bros. location excites you, if this is the kind of culture you want to share in and contribute to, and you have the skills, restaurant management experience, and initiative to join us in making and baking the best pizza west of the Hudson, we’d love to hear from you.
